smooth pickup helpful attendant fantastic staff

The airport pickup was smooth. Our room attendant was very helpful. The staff were also amazing, even were great too meet every request.

The shower nozzle fell out of the wall when I took a shower. It hit me on the head. Black water covered me.

The staff was attentive. I really felt pampered. i also loved the historical photos displayed. They gave a unique glimpse into the past and the hotel's rich heritage!!!

helpful staff ample space comfortable bed attention to detail

the STAFF was amazing and always ready to help. my room offered ample space. the bed was very comfortable and ensured a restful sleep after a long day. i appreciated the hotel's attention to detail.

i felt the wifi signal was somewhat weak in certain areas of the hotel.

the staff were polite and attendive, and they addressed most requests promptly.

Despite assurances the noise from adjacent rooms were audible, and this did disrupt my sleep one night. I expected better soundproofing.

superb service custom dishes vast pool

I appreciated the superb service from the staff. they were attentive (from airport pickup to restaurant service). i also enjoyed the wide selection of items at breakfast in 1911. They even made custom dishes. the vast pool was a highlight. It was clean and well-kept.

The hotel added extra charges to my credit card during check-in. this caused issues when i went to pay the final bill. It took a while to sort out.

the heritage room included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also in the bathroom. old wooden furniture was present, alongside dated carpets, but the room felt large and comfortable.

the hotel art tour was informative and interesting

The shower lacked consistent water pressure. It went from low to zero within seconds. this problem occurred with the hot water as well. the staff was intrusive at times, especially when security checked if i was a guest near the conference room
