The airport pickup was smooth. Our room attendant was very helpful. The staff were also amazing, even were really good too meet every request.
The shower nozzle fell out of the wall when I took a shower. It hit me on the head. Black water covered me.

the STAFF was amazing and always ready to help. my room offered ample space. the bed was very comfortable and ensured a restful sleep after a long day. i appreciated the hotel's attention to detail.
i felt the wifi signal was somewhat weak in certain areas of the hotel.

I appreciated the superb service from the staff. they were attentive (from airport pickup to restaurant service). i also enjoyed the wide selection of items at breakfast in 1911. They even made custom dishes. the vast pool was a highlight. It was clean and well kept.
The hotel added extra charges to my credit card during check-in. this caused issues when i went to pay the final bill. It took a while to sort out.

The shower lacked consistent water pressure. It went from low to zero within seconds. this problem occurred with the hot water as well. the staff was intrusive at times, especially when security checked if i was a guest near the conference room
